"To have your house lifted and a new basement done was a very interesting process. A huge thank you to the guys at Neufeld Building Movers, Charlie and the guys at Canadian Basement Replacements. They are a very professional bunch of guys. They were never too busy to stop and answer questions even if they had been asked and answered before. Communication was ongoing at all times. We had weather issues in the beginning but once they got here the process was very quick. The work ethic was very impressive. I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat.

"During the 2010 storm/flood, my basement walls started to crack and buckle. The entire basement needed replacement. Fortunately for me I was referred to two excellent contractors and their companies. Both Kerry Neufeld of Canadian Basements and Josh Penner of Custom Foundations came to my rescue. Don and Randi Lee Wood's home is located in Colonsay, SK. Needless to say, they are very emotionally attached to their family home that was very in need of a foundation upgrade. Here is what they had to say about their experience:

"In 2011 we discovered our 1919 family home was in desperate need of a new basement. We are the third generation owners and this home sits strongly in my heart. After looking at our options we decided to replace it with a new ICF one. We were looking at the daunting task of moving our home, demolition of the old basement and building of the new one. We decided to work with Canadian Basement Replacements Inc. They would be able to do most of the work for us, allowing us less sub trades to have to deal with. With the building boom having hit Saskatchewan this service was something we wanted from the start. Our project manager Charlie took call after call from me, with patience, answering all our questions and concerns. By the end of the job I am sure he must have shuddered to see my number show on his phone, yet he was always polite, courteous and willing to go the extra mile. "Kerry,

Wendy and myself would like to let you know that we are very pleased with the Logix basement and the work done by Canadian Basement Replacements. We have now gone through one winter and the basement was considerably warmer than our previous basement which was a concrete block construction. The basement is now completed and was easy to put up drywall as it did not require any framing or insulation on the outside walls.

The electrical and plumbing was easy to install in the outside walls as well.

The raising and lowering of our house probably took a little longer than anticipated, however that was due to the inclement weather we had last summer as it seemed to rain every second day.

Once again we would certainly recommend the Logix product if anyone was looking at replacing their existing basement or building a new house and we are pleased with the work done by Canadian Basement Replacements. Your people were courteous and did a fine job.
